Broken Key of W210 CDI 1999

1999 W210 CDI Sedan Facelift
Broken Key of W210 CDI 1999
Hi!
I have recently bought Mercedes W210 CDI 1999 model (Face-lift). The seller has given me two keys one is silver (metal) and other is Black (Plastic). Please check the attached photos. I know there is something broken.

I am using silver key to open doors (manually) and black key to start the engine.
I am unable to lock and unlock my car with remote control (as there are no buttons in the Black Plastic Key).

Now please guide me that what I will need to make fully functional all things related to key and how much it will cost me (I shall be grateful, if give me ebay references)?
