Mercedes-Benz of Naples refuse to return my down payment. What should I do?

We are sorry to see that our client feels as if he was mis-treated. This was a unique situation in where the client (came from NC of FL) had taken a vehicle to NC that he refused to complete final paperwork. Unfortunately, we were obligated to take the vehicle back and with the deposit, we deducted our travel expenses only. The client did receive the rest of his deposit. I would like to note this clients review on YahooReviews on 3/21/13 after purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Naples.
