ALLDATA is completely useless as a DIY guide
Hi all,
I bought a 1 year subscription, because I wanted to recharge my A/C. I live in Las Vegas, and it's about to get really hot here. I bought the A/C Pro recharger because it seemed very easy. After connecting the can to the low side, ( the larger of the two connections) my car is now hotter than it was before. So, maybe I missed something, fine. I realized later that I did not evacuate the system, just dumped refrigerant in. OK, I'll just download the DIY manual, and fix the problem. Wrong, it has no procedure for adding refrigerant, and evacuating the system. Furthermore, I also need to replace my steering angle sensor, and the pictures are of such poor quality, that I can't make heads or tails of it. Hopefully, they'll give me a refund, so I can buy a better DIY guide.
Any help with a better manual would be greatly appreciated.
