Issue with Star Diagnosis compact4
Hi all, I'm new here on the forum,
I am having a problem with a Mecedes-Benz Star Diagnosiscompact 4 machine.
In SDnet Control, the internet/server is red and won't change to green indicating that it is online. The machine is in "offline mode" and I want it in online mode.
I tried reinstall the software DVD05/2013, but that didn't help. I Created a new profile with "sdnetassist", but I only get internet on the "Star browser" icon when opened. The version of the SDnetcontrol is 2.0.0.1.
Also for some reason the "ok" tab won't become accesible for me to click on it.
I contacted the Mecedez in holland, but they are closed right now due to timezone. The machine is connect on LAN and has no wireless
Has anyone encountered this problem before, help would be appreciated.
