I have a 2012 ML350 with the leather option. The vehicle is less than 2 years old and leather on the entry side of the drivers seat has essentially worn thru. I'm a 69 year old male and weigh 140 pounds. My dealer tells me this is not a warranty item.

Anyone experienced the same situation ?
