Warranty question
Bought a 2010 C300 with 42K. Was a lease return. Want to do the 40K checkup transmission deal at the Dealership. Is coming in after 40K for that OK, warranty-wise?

Should have been done at 39k miles. If it was a CPO it may already have it done. as part of the CPO process, dealer is suppose to bring all maintenance up to date. If it was CPO ask for the "Inspection and Certification" Report.
