Howdy! Lately I've been getting this beeping noise in my 1999 E-430 near the front passenger wheel well. It beeps about every 2-3 seconds and lasts about 10 minutes. It stays beeping even if you start it. Preceding this, the fog light would flash on occasion with the car off and parked.

Is this all alarm-related? Thanks for the thoughts on how I can solve this!
