1993 Mercedes Benz 190e 2.6L
Need HELP!!

Need help with this belt. What is this belt called? I'm new to mercedes so I don't know what it is lol thanks in advance.
Also, how much is it and which is the easiest way to change it?

Another Thing:
I've recently bought a 1993 190e 2.6 and my seat switch doesn't function properly. It will go forward and back. It will lean forward but will NOT lean backward. I've tried playing with the switch and pushing and pulling the seat back but nothing happened. Do I need a new switch motor? Any ideas?
