2009 CLK Grand Edition
AEJ 06/1/M/X
What is option AEJ 06/1/M/X ??? I decoded the VIN of a 2005 CLK320 that I will likely purchase and it came up as option 805. Searching the world wide web I could only determine that this is an option available on a wide range of Mercedes models and years under different option codes starting with the first two digits of 80 (805,806,etc..) but not what it is. Any help solving this question would be appreciated.

Code 805 means (in your particular case) Model Year 2005. That is all you need to know.
(The last digit of the 80x code indicates the model year.)
