2009 ML63AMG ~70,000km

Just had all rotors and pads changed in two weeks ago. Started to hear metal-metal grinding noise at low speed (<20km/h) and applying brake at low speed made the noise worse. No vibration, no unusual feeling on steel wheel.

At high speed (>40 km/h), no noise (with/without braking)

Anyone experienced or heart about this problem?

I would contact the shop that did the brakes and have them inspect it. Sometimes things are missed, or shift a bit, sometimes the backing plate behind the rotor gets tweaked a little.
