BaddAss

Hi...I have all 3 rear headrests up....blocking my vision, as you will know. I have only had the 1997 E320 for less than a month. A family member pulled 2 up and the 3rd was done by a young fellow at a garage....trying to help. I have checked the vacuum lines and fuses.....I am thinking it may be a faulty dash switch, as I can't hear any click when I press it. I was hoping someone could tell me how to get at it....how the cover section(?) comes off. I don't want to break anything. I have pushed and probed....taken the liner out of the boot....can't see anything to release them manually. Suggestions????
PS....BaddAss comes from the tailstock on my Bass guitar....
