What does "This repair is non-time claimable under Group 43." mean?
Same as the subject:

What does "This repair is non-time claimable under Group 43." mean when seen in a service bulletin from Mercedes?

It means that there is no labor time published. How ever long it takes to complete is what warranty would pay the tech. If under warranty.
