replace airbags cost $$$?
the title isn't what you think it is. Not replacing in an accident, but according to the stickers in the door jam.
On my 94 C, it says to replace both driver and passenger side airbags in 2009 (we'll see if i keep it that long :p) but curious, does the consumer have to pay for the replacement of the airbags? Or is it something MB will pay for as they are telling you to replace them so that they will be effective in an accident...

"Or is it something MB will pay for"....I would bet on the consumer paying for the replacement. MB is simply covering themselves and announcing the expected/tested life of the parts. Expensive in any car and I bet more so for MB.
