Air Filters with finer batting any good?
Just bought two Premium Guard Air Filters for my 2006 C230 V6.w
When I inspected them saw that in addition to the paper folds they also have a layer of white fiber batting. Wonder why they would add this extra layer of protection which could possibly restrict some air flow. Has anyone used this type of filter?
