Wierd seat memory issue

Mercedes S350 2006
Wierd seat memory issue
Hi guys
I have a s350 from 2006 (w221)
I have a weird problem with seat memory on the driver side.

It can memorize steering wheel and mirrors but wont change seat position?
Anyone seen anything like this and have advice?

EDIT
I just noticed something even more confusing.
I can set the passenger seats memory from the driver buttons, so theres nothing wrong with buttons ...
