MB CPO extended warranty - suspension

Does anyone know what is excluded in the ELW?
My rear suspension struts are leaking and was quoted full cost as it is not covered per dealer. MB CPO ELW booklet lists suspension as covered.
Mentioning that at the dealer they now say parts will be covered by dealer as goodwill and I just cover labor. That's great but what happened here?
Has anyone else ever got suspension parts replaced under ELW warranty?

Not sure about coverage but if you do end up looking at a full bill (ouch) I would look into converting to coil over springs

Thing is I really like airmatic

So the current news is that dealer will cover the $2200 in parts. They are on the way from Germany. I will cover labor which is about $570

Take the deal! They seem to last 60k miles with average NY drivers (NY has amazing infrastructure ** he says sarcastically) hopefully that's enough time, E500 is in my dream garage but I had to go with the 320 because the idea of airmatic without CPO made my breakfast burrito move, keep living my dream, nice cars

True but there is always Arnott as an option too for replacement shocks.

I've been drooling over E500/E55s for too long, I will look into them thanks!
