Question Tricky starter
my 2005 ML 350 will only start with a jump. the dash lights come on until I try to start it then it makes one click and NOTHING. no dash lights no starter turn. NOTHING

Your attery is just about dead. Change the battery with a good brand and your troubles should be over.

Question
The battery will not charge either. once i start the vehicle i let it run for 10-30 minutes and shut it off it will not start again does the same thing. dash lights come on once i turn the key to start it clicks and you have nothing again.

Change the battery and have a shop test your alternator.

I tested the altenator and it is good. once i turn the key and get the click it does NOTHING electrical. no windows no door locks NOTHING!!!!!!!
