First time Merc buyer... 2009 E63 or 2011 E63. Help please!

First time Merc buyer... 2009 E63 or 2011 E63. Help please!
2011 E63 AMG - 44k miles - $50,200
2009 E63 AMG - 42K miles - $40,000
Both prices include tags, taxes and extended warranties... Which is the better buy? If I get the 2009 model, it'll save me nearly $10k that I can use for mods... Does the 2011 have any EXTRA features that make it better than the 2009? I have test drove the 11' and the 09' will be shipped from out of state if I decide to get it..
the 2011 has been in an accident (fender bender).... And the 2009 has a clean Carfax....
Any help is greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
