Engine Oxidation problems?
Hi guys,
I have a 2015 CLS400 with 6,700 miles on it. The car was always garaged and driven in Southern California where we have very little rain.
Anyways, I was changing the oil and I noticed a ton of oxidation on the bottom of the vehicle and in the engine area. Is this normal for some of you? I brought it to the dealer and the service guys said that it was a very normal thing they see all the time. They stated that this was a cosmetic issue and there would be no real problems later.
I attached a photo of it.
