Best AWD lease deal under $1000/mo?

I've been debating a lot recently on whether to buy a car cash or lease a car instead. Right now I'm on the lease bandwagon. (I'll probably wake up tomorrow on a different side of the bed).
Biggest requirement is that it needs to be AWD, and for under $1,000/mo. It needs to have "some" amount of trunk space, for the occasional trips to Home Depot as I upgrade my new place. I don't want it to be a truck; SUV would be nice, but then again I could always buy a $5k or less beater for the runs to Home Depot and the extra-
days of snowfall. Also, something that includes maintenance would be nice, although not an ultra-requirement. This will probably be a 2 year lease.I've looked at a bunch of stuff and I'm all over the map, so I'm looking for some advice from you guys. I'll preface that my commute to work is about 5 miles each way.
- MB: C300 Coupe 4Matic, CLS 4Matic. E63 Wagon is out of price range. Not a fan of the current SUV styling, even in AMG trim.
- Jaguar: XF, XJ, and of course for fun (but completely useless) the F-type. F-Pace seems unattainable at the moment due to demand.
- Range Rover: Evoque (although probably way too small trunk wise), or the Sport. Although theoretically, an Evoque trunk may be as big as a sedan trunk.
- Porsche: Panamera, Cayenne; Macan is probably unattainable due to demand.
- Cadillac: None of the V's have AWD, so those are out. If the ATS-V came in AWD, that'd be the car. Shame the gen2 CTS-V Wagon didn't come in AWD.
- Lincoln: New MKZ. The new 2017 is pretty sweet. Only problem here is to get "old guy" syndrome or continuous McConaughey jokes.
- Audi: S7
- BMW: No
- Jeep: Grand Cherokee SRT. 'Murica.
- Infiniti: New Q50 looks nice
- Tesla: Model S 70D
