Thanks for Merdedes Roadside Assistance.
This Saturday evening; when my wife tried to start her 2013 E550, it didn't. No dash lights, no sign of life.
My wife pick up the phone and called the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance. Within minutes, a Mercedes technician told her that he was on his way.
Shortly after, he arrived in his M-B Roadside Assistance ML. He was a Mercedes technician from a local Mercedes dealer (not just AAA nor random tow-truck driver.)
He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
He quickly tested the battery and determined it needed a new one. He had a new battery in his ML -- He swapped the battery, tested everything was good, and our Mercedes was back to life.
We were very happen with our Mercedes Roadside Assistance experience. This is our 5th Mercedes, and we will be getting a new one in a few months.
