Double intake filters

Double intake filters
Hi everyone,
My MB E350 2007 base model has 4 intake air filters.
When I opened the air filter compartment under the hood, there were two regular filters like this.

But underneath, there were another two smaller filters. They are final stage filters . But I could not locate a part number or where to buy them.
Does anyone have an idea?
