Contact Person - Bad Customer Experience
I have phone numbers for the people listed below but these people seem pretty high up so I don't want to start with them if there's someone else I should go to that will make things right. Any thoughts?
I'm also working on escalating the issue through the dealership but I'm getting the run-around.
Our bad experience is with both the dealership and MBUSA
