Problem after EPC install

2009 c class 180k blue efficiency
Problem after EPC install
Hi all
I am wondering if anyone can help me, I have just installed ewa/epc/wis all went okay also activated okay but when I click on either epc or wis it opens and shuts and when I go into edit activation it said 0 of 2 users.

HI there what version are you using? when you create the activation key try to input more users like 5 for ex. I did that only problema i have is concerning WIS database.
