How do you have ur headrest adjusted?

How do you have ur headrest adjusted?
Just curious how does everyone have their headrests adjusted? On my 126 which has the now older design headrest I have the drivers side slightly up and tilted to the max. Passenger is normal down position.

I have both of mine adjusted in the middle/up position and tilted almost fully. I think the silver legs look kinda cool when they're shown. Of course when you adjust the seat back/front the headrest re-adjusts itself, thats kind of annoying.

I've got mine adjusted according to the recommendations of the owner's manual. In other words, the back of my head in the center of the headrest. They are put there for a reason even though most American cars were neck breakers and the US government let them get away with it.
