Dead climate control 1999 E300 Diesel
Original owners have a problem.
The car's climate control fan is not working.
Fuses #4 and 7 look fine, but hubby and I replaced them with new; still no climate control function.
Fan speed display works, and so do the lights for "auto", "defrost", and temp + or - display works.
However, the fan does not come on.
My best guess is a bad blower motor or its regulator. Any other ideas?

Hi All I have a 2007 E350 4 matic ... The Heater / Ac fan works now and then.. I replaced the REsistor and it just keeps running with the key out etc..
I thought it was a defective one and got another but it too does the same thing... Has anyone else had this issue ..
