Complaint - MBSA Malim branch Melaka Malaysia
I am Judy from Melaka Malaysia. I have an accident 2 weeks ago and one of the part CABLE HARNESS MA2045406205 broke.
According to the Melaka Branch person in charge , this spare part DO NOT have it in Malaysia and they need to order from Singapore. The complaint here is....the person in charge in MBSA Melaka branch says that there is NO RESPOND from Singapore till today aft sending emails and making phone calls (already more then 7 working days!). What "Service Excellence" is Merc talking about when the service is so INEFFICIENT? I DO NOT have a car to use and MBSA CAN'T provide me a car that I need to attend a meeting for ONLY 1 day! I hope Mercedes HQ will take IMMEDIATE ACTION to attend to my complaint.
