Does anyone know the phone # to www.genuinemercedesparts.com? I ordered a part from them and it was defective and they won't respond to any emails that I send them. I called the number that was on the box but it's RBM North in Alpharetta, GA and they say they don't know anything about that website. My credit card shows it's JWE Enterprises but there isn't a phone number listed for them either.

I believe this is correct. I have yet to call them but I am currently going through a situation where FedEx lost my $740 order of parts and they have done nothing about it for 11 days now. That's 11 days since I contacted them about the lost package, 19 days since I placed the order. They have a very cocky attitude and are anything but helpful thus far.
I would suggest not using these guys and go to Parts.com as I have had great luck there with the same prices. (30% off suggested retail)
I only used these guys this time since their shipping was 20 bucks less... Lesson learned.
I will wait 2 more days and I'll contact my CC company and have them resolve it. Tracking stopped moving 2 days after it was shipped and states "No scheduled delivery date available at this time."
And it shows it is in transit in the SAME city for the last two scans... which alone makes no sense....

i am unable to access there website www.genuinemercedesparts.com since long time. i wanted to order few parts .
It seems they have closed the business. I am not in the US but would like to know if they are still in the business, if yes how can i order parts
