Carsoft V12 error "install Acrobat Reader"
I recently purchased Carsoft V12, running on Windows 7. When I launch the program, it gives an error message "Please install Acrobat reader...!!" but I already have Acrobat reader installed on the computer.
Without Acrobat Reader integrated, I can't access the manual or the help functions, instead I get an error message "invalid procedure call or argument / 5/ stage 1"
So far user support at Carsoft has not responded.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how was it solved? Thanks.

Problem Solved:
Once I translated a web page discussing the issue in German, I discovered that Carsoft will not recognize versions of Acrobat later than about Acrobat 7.0, so if you are contemplating using Carsoft, you will need to put it on a computer that is running an outdated version of Acrobat reader.
