2010 Mercedes-Benz E350 4MATIC
Question W212 E350 Sunroof
Hi,

I am having trouble with my sunroof. Leaving work a couple days ago, I decided to tilt open my sunroof and it did so, but it made a weird noise. When I decided to close it, it wouldn't but the motor seemed to be working; it was making noises.

How do I know if it's a motor problem or a bad gear? Is there an easy DIY way of fixing it? How much does Mercedes charge to fix it?
