I own a 2008 Mercedes benz e350 sedan.
My overhead control module went out, my interior lights stopped functioning the whole panel was out.
It has been replaced recently and now I'm having other issues.
-auto light do not work I have to manually turn them on.
- my head unit does not switch to night mode at night.
-the head unit thinks the car is off and shows a message saying the radio will shut off if the engine isn't turned on.
-My steering wheel volume control is not working.

I dropped the car off back at the shop but they don't seem to want to take responsibility for these issues.
I didn't have these issues until I received the car from the shop.
has anyone had any of these issues or know what it can possibly be?
