Can't decide indy vs dealer for Transmission Service.
Hi All,
Not sure where to take my ML for transmission service (fluid and filter) change.
Indy shop with good reputation or dealer with unknown reputation.
If something will go wrong with tranny later which records is better to have dealer or not?
Please advice.

I had my indy do a total fluid flush and pan drop on my R350
I assume it would be the same on this one
No whining here and no diagnostics were used
Check for correct temperature and fill till stand pipe over flows
What else is there?

The routine is straight forward and shouldn't be very complicated. What Im worry is, if tranny dies in the car what can help fight with MB ?
