///AMG accessories on a non AMG Mercedes ?
So every once in a while i see a fellow Mercedes owner having some AMG accessories on their benz. Such as the following , AMG license frame, floor mats , door pins , vale stem caps , key chain ETC. Weather it be a e350 or a c300 sometimes a S class i see a few AMG stuff , still clearly shows what model it is but has AMG accessories whats your opinion on it ? no harm done or are they begin kind of posers to fool non car people ?

There is a similar thread on the Porsche Forum, putting "S" calipers (usually red) on a non "S" car. These people are referred to as "Posers."
The difference with MB is certain AMG products are standard in non AMG cars. Most common example is AMG wheels. Both My 2012 C350 and E350 came with them as standard options.
If someone is removing emblems, floormats, etc to make a car appear something it is not . . . Well then you are a poser. But to put stylish floor mats in your car, because you like them that is ok. It's like people who wear aviator sunglasses, doesn't make you a pilot but still gives you the UV protection you need for your eyes.
. . . and I'm keeping the AMG wheels on my car.
