Secondary Cat Delete - Question

i may have a potential lemon car but do not know what they will offer me yet as the case was just opened by corporate. I have cut my secondary cats. I still have the secondary cats sitting in a box and can have them resinstalled. However, I'm positive the work will not be as clean as when they were on the car originally. What are the consequences if the corporate decides to give me a new car - warranty voided? Will they notice the cats are gone? Should I reinstall and only tell them if they ask? And if they do, should I say my issues were there before I cut the cats and even after I went back to stock?
Thank you in advance.

1) Distronic cruise control failing - car lost complete power on the highway - module had to be replaced
2) Rattles - many rattles in the car and have visited MB many times with no fixes
3) Sidemarker light keeps going out - light has been reprogrammed as well as replaced with no luck
4) Steering wheel does not sit straight after alignment - car was given to me unaligned and they cannot make their own steering wheel straight again
5) Creases all over leather arm rests/door panel - will replace but has taken more than 9 weeks of waiting with no ETA in sight
6) Car was given to me with a dented stereo speaker cover - on a brand new $90K car!
7) Mirrors are starting to rattle while driving
8) Ridiculous smell comes from air vents when car is turned on. This is a brand new car with less than 7K miles. It should not smell like that - it started after giving it to them to fix the distronic cruise control problem
As you can see - these problems have nothing to do with a secondary cat delete. Any help is appreciated - Thank you
