Airbag recall

does anyone know when dealers will have the wiring to fix the random airbag deployment recall? I made a deal for a c63 but it’s just sitting in the dealership because it can’t be sold until the repair is done

Interestingly, the NHTSA website says "If the manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy this safety recall for your vehicle in a timely manner, please contact the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline", but there's no indication as to how "a timely manner" is defined.
