Side-mirrors won't move anymore

04 W211 E200
Side-mirrors won't move anymore
Hey peeps!
My 04 E 200 needed a new battery and about a month ago I've put a new one, the problem is the side mirrors don't move using the switch anymore, I noticed it today and I had to use my own hands to adjust them this morning when I drove it.
Windows work just fine, no problems but the side mirrors
Any ideas?
