If I buy a 2 or 3 year old cpo that comes with a free 2 year maintenance, can I take the car only to the dealer I purchased it from for the 2 year free maintenance or take it to any Mercedes Benz dealer?

I'm not aware that any Mercedes-Benz vehicles are offered for sale with "free maintenance", like BMWs are. Are you referring to a prepaid maintenance plan that was purchased from the MB dealer? If so, I believe that is valid at any authorized MB dealership.

Occasionally Mercedes offers special programs that does actually include free maintenance for a year or two on specific year/models. Double check that this is the case. If it is a manufacturer promotion then you can use this at any dealer
