It depends on where you buy them. Some states (e.g., Florida) do not allow dealers to discount extended warranties and prepaid maintenance, while others do. I live in Florida, but bought an additional year of CPO warranty from the Finance Manager at an out-of-state dealer who offered me a sizable discount off the price quoted by my local dealer. The entire transaction was conducted electronically.
