B and O stereo.....
Have the B and O in my GLS. Must say that I’m not at all impressed or something is not functioning well. Highs are good. Bass is muddy and no low range at all. Does the system even have subs? Eclectic taste in music and seems to be in all genres. Should I have the dealer take a look?

It's hard to say, I'm not impressed with the B&O in CLS either, especially compared to S Class Burmester. I believe you have to ask aftermarket car audio shop to upgrade some speakers, it might make a huge difference you are looking for.
