I have 2012 E350 that has been at MBZ dealer shop for total 2 months. 1st engine light came: in shop 25 days, then windshield washer reservoir: 2 days and then another 2 days in shop, then radiator coolant went in transmission; r&r trany, radiator and thermostat another 3 weeks, then 3 weeks ago compression/exhaust leak into radiator; and the car has only 36,000 miles purchased NEW. t
The car is still at MBZ Beverly Hills California dealer shop.
This car is a true LEMON.

Sounds like you had one made on a Friday before a long weekend. Is this under warranty this car? If it is then who cars better to have the issues now then later when the warranty expires. If you can file for a Lemon law then do so.

Appears you live in California, so you are in luck. CA probably has the most consumer friendly Lemon Laws in the nation. Contact the state agency responsible for administer the LL OR contact a lawyer specializing in LL claims. Do it soon though as there may be time limits.
You could also contact the MBUSA CEO , Deitmar Exler in Atlanta GA. Either send a paper letter or call on the phone.
