Hi everyone, picking up a new 2018 GLE 400 tomorrow. Durning test drive I paired my iPhone X successfully but no access to my music or phone features. Sales person had no problem connecting her older iPhone and contacts showed up.

Doing some searches and discovered this may not be an isolated issue.

Im hoping that I didn’t just buy a car and can’t use the phone or listen to my music!
