2015 S550 Bluetooth audio
I hope some one can help me. I had a 2015 base model S550 and everything work perfectly....Except defect in engine. Long story short, Mercedes put me into the same year S550 but several upgrades...Rear seat package, heads up, and AMG sport. I have an iPhone X and then phone hooked up right away. Anything in media does not work however. Bluetooth just says attempting to connect, both usb docks say nothing is found. Is there a simple fix to this problem? Like I said the phone works perfectly, but no outside audio works. I have even hooked my daughter's phone and she can use as phone but no audio work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
