Good Dealer experience....... I know, i know :)
Sarasota MB........... when i first bought the ML it started hard....... we finally figured out it was the starter...... dropped the drivetrain to swap under warranty...... fast forward a yr later and i hear a flapping noise at 30 or so........... one of the underside panels was coming loose... they could have charged for this, a bad dealer would have.... but the tech knew it was probably his fault and I was not charged for this...
