2003 W220 S280 overheating
Without use of AC:
The radiator fan switches to high speed at around 93 degrees C and cools engine to 80 degrees C.
Engine temperature swings from 80 to 93 degrees C.
With AC switched on:
When AC compressor cuts in, radiator fan switches to high speed.
When AC Compressor cuts out, radiator fan switches to low speed and quickly engine rises to 93 degrees C, at which point the radiator fan switches to high speed. Engine temperature swings from 80 to 93 degrees C.
How do I manage this problem and what parts should I check/replace ?
I look forward to your advice.
Thank you,
Gerald Lee
