Looking for anyone with a star diagnostic???? (P.A)

Hello mbw ! I been doing some research on my e500 for the past couple of days that consist of my car being lowered with the star diagnostic tool.... Is this true? Can it really be done ?.
If anyone can please help me find someone in the Philadelphia area that can help me would be great ... !!!
