Hello, I'm David and I own a 2006 CLS 500. I've noticed after a 2 hour trip and ever since that trip that my car is running Hot.When I get off my car as soon as I open the door I can feel the heat from the bottom of the car. I've checked the gauges and they seem to be fine and I've even had a Coolant flush done at the dealer lately. I do run my AC daily. The service guy at the dealer said the car is fine but I've noticed the change since that trip.

How long have you owned the vehicle? Have you noticed a change in this behavior during your ownership? What region of the world do you live?

Drive more, and worry less. The cooling fan probably kicked on, and was blowing the engine heat out the bottom, and past the really hot catalytic converters.
