Norway Setting Info anybody??

Isnt that something in the alarm system that makes it chirp when you open and close the car. According to an article I read here, the setting is under the "Norway" country settings in the alarm - which of course can only be accessed using the Star Diagnosis system that the dealers have.

Hey Adam!
So how do i do this? First of all i have a 2002 E55 and i didn't even activate the SOS feature that comes with the vehicle. So everytime i start it it gives me this message 1 Malfunction. But i'm more interested in the Norway procedure on how to do this??
