Deposit refund
Your security deposit may be returned back to you in accordance with state law. If requested *dealership name* may also provide a full refund in the form of a check.
However, the salesman is now dodging my calls (almost 4 weeks now) and just says the manager will get in contact with me at some point.
The contract seems pretty clear to me that it was refundable. Any ideas how to proceed? I paid with an AMEX card and called to see if they could do anything, but since it has been almost 6 months they acted like it would be a long shot so I didn't go through the process yet.
