Does Mercedes CPO program imply a warranty?
I recently purchased a CPO 2017 400 SL. A plastic bottle was left under the drivers seat which 3 months later jammed and destroyed the seat track. Mercedes denies responsibility and demands I pay $3000 for the repair. What recourse do I have?

Warranty does not pay for damages - warranties are for manufacturing defects. You should find some independent who can probably save you a significant amount from the dealer quote.
