2017 C300 Cabriolet Issues with radio not showing stations
Not sure I'm in the right place but I need to ask a question about the radio in my car. All of a sudden, the HD FM station listings has disappeared and other than typing in a station number, I don't have any way to see all the stations here in Phoenix. Has anyone else experienced this problem and how did you solve it. I know that I can do a reset but if I do that, the reset will wipe out all the CDs in my media file so I don't want to do a reset.

Hi David,
If I may, I recommend that you change the title of your thread to something about your actual radio problem rather than simply the model of your car, which doesn't really tell readers anything about your problem.
I haven't lost the station listings for my radio, but I did recently observe (as of about two weeks ago) that all of the station information has disappeared. When listening to a radio station, the COMAND screen used to display the station call letters and frequency, the artist, song, and album (or similar programming info if listening to a news station like NPR). Now, all I get are the station call letters and frequency; all of the other fields are either blank, or the screen simply says "No Information".

thanks for your advice, mr. toad, i'm new to the forum and i can't edit the title;. when i click on edit, it lets me edit the body of the posting but won't let me change the title. can i edit the title or should i just start a new thread with a better title? how do i just cancel the first thread?

To edit the thread title:
- Click the Edit button in the toolbar at the lower right corner of your original post.
- Click the Go Advanced button near the lower right corner of the editing interface.
